TRAVEL SALES AGENT

Travel sales agent collects information about organized tourist trips and tourism services, advises clients on issues related to travel and tourism services, assesses customer needs, formulates offers and prepares a tourist travel contract.

The following skills and personal qualities are important for a travel sales agent: curiosity, the ability to react quickly to changing conditions, being courteous both in native and foreign languages, being sociable and emotionally stable.

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME

  • After completing 12th grade: 7 months of study, travel sales agent qualification is acquired;
  • The duration of continuing vocational education is 4.5 months, the qualification of a travel sales agent is acquired.
