OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The office administrator’s modular vocational training programme is designed to prepare a qualified office administrator who is able to independently manage the institution’s documentation, provide assistance to the institution’s management and employees in organizing the institution’s daily activities, greet and assist the institution’s visitors.

The office administrator needs the following general abilities: work individually and in a team, work in a closed environment.

Work tools: office equipment – computer, telephone, Internet access, various data processing programs, text editing programs, stationery, etc.

Important personal qualities: diligence, responsibility, helpfulness, politeness and good communication skills.

Students who have obtained the office administrator qualification will be able to improve and acquire new competences at universities and colleges.

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME

  • After completing 10th grade: duration of study is 2 years and 5 months, office administrator qualification and secondary education are acquired;
  • After completing the 12th grade: the duration of study is 9 months, the qualification of an office administrator is obtained;
  • The duration of continuing vocational education is 7 months, the qualification of an office administrator is acquired.

CURRICULUM PLAN

  • Subjects of the secondary education program (for those who have completed 10th grade);
  • Modules of the office administrator’s modular vocational training programme.

AFTER GRADUATION, QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • work in state and private companies and institutions;
  • work in non-governmental organizations.
