BAKER OF BREAD AND CAKES

ABOUT THE PROFESSION

A baker of bread and cakes learns to select raw materials for the preparation of various types of bread and cakes, to make wheat and rye bread, to make yeast dough products, doughnuts, creams and to shape cream products, to make croissants.

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME

The duration of continuing vocational education is 7 months, the qualification of baker of bread and cakes is acquired.

AFTER GRADUATION, QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS WILL BE ABLE TO:

Work in bakeries, small cafes that make and sell baked goods.

EVENTS AND RECREATION SERVICES ORGANIZER

Events and recreation services organizer plans, organizes and sells events and recreation services, selects services that meet the wishes of customers, prepares contracts, organizes recreation events and their activities, analyzes the market, presents and advertises services.

The following personal qualities are important for event and recreation service organizer: being sociable, self-confidence, ability to plan, ability to organize, punctuality, sense of duty, responsibility, diligence, flexibility.

The following skills are consolidated during their production practice:

  • Organize events that meet the wishes of customers;
  • Develop and sell recreation events and their activities, active and passive leisure services in a resort;
  • Prepare a service plan of events and activities for recreation;
  • Make a reservation of recreation services.

 

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME:

After completing 10th grade: the duration of study is 2.5 years, the qualification of events and recreation services organizer and secondary education is obtained;

After completing 12th grade: the duration of study is 9 months, the qualification of events and recreation services organizer is acquired;

The duration of continuing vocational education and training is 7 months, the qualification of the organizer of events and recreation services is acquired.
