ABOUT THE PROFESSION

The guest service specialist modular vocational education program is designed to prepare a qualified specialist who is able to independently serve guests of the company providing accommodation services: welcome, greet, provide information, escort them, prepare and serve breakfast, provide other catering services, clean rooms and common areas, supervise general order, organize the accounting process.

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME

  • After completing 10th grade: the duration of study is 2 years 7 months, qualification of a guest service specialist and secondary education are acquired;
  • After completing 12th grade: the duration of study is 1.5 years, the qualification of a guest service specialist is obtained;
  • The duration of continuing vocational education is 9 months, the specialty of a guest service worker is acquired.

FINANCE SERVICE SPECIALIST

Finance service specialist prepares workplace, introduces financial services, sells bank and other financial institutions products, prepares insurance contracts, manages customer cash withdrawals, checks, transfers, bills, credit card payments.

Performs crediting and debiting of customer accounts, payment of invoices and transfer of money on behalf of customers, exchange of money according to the customer’s request from one currency to another, accounting and checking of all transactions with the real cash balance.

AFTER GRADUATION, QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • work as a financial service provider in municipal financial services;
  • work in insurance institutions;
  • work in credit unions;
  • work in business companies and other institutions providing financial services;
  • work in state tax inspectorates;
  • work in the accounting offices of budgetary, public and private institutions and organizations.

DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME

  • After completing 10th grade: the duration of study is 2 years and 7 months, the qualification of a finance service specialist and secondary education are obtained;
  • After completing 12th grade: the duration of study is 1.5 years, the qualification of a financial service specialist is obtained;
  • The duration of continuing vocational education is 9 months, the qualification of a financial service specialist is acquired.
