HOTEL STEWARD
Hotel steward takes care of the interior and exterior of the accommodation, provides accommodation services, orders goods, handles documents, and organizes the work of subordinates related to cleaning and maintenance.
Uses a computer, special software for the management of the business processes of the company providing accommodation services, fills in accounting and various activity documents, and orders registration books, knows how to work with an accounting program, cash register.
DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAMME
- After completing the 12th grade: the duration of study is 7 months, the qualification of a hotel steward is acquired;
- The duration of continuing vocational education is 4.5 months, the qualification of a hotel steward is obtained.
AFTER GRADUATION, QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
- work in small hotels;
- work in a guest house;
- work in rural tourism homesteads.
ACCOUNTANT
Accountant manages bookkeeping, property documents, records financial effects in a ledger, posts them in the accounting software, performs end-of-period procedures, prepares an adjusted trial balance.
The following skills and personal qualities are important for an accountant: orderliness, punctuality, sense of duty, honesty, responsibility, diligence, self-confidence, flexibility, receptivity.
DURATION OF THE LEARNING PROGRAM
- After completing 10th grade: the duration of study is 2.3 years, an accountant’s qualification and secondary education are obtained;
- After completing the 12th grade: the duration of study is 9 months, the qualification of an accountant is obtained;
- The duration of continuing professional education is 7 months, the qualification of an accountant is acquired.
